“The final stage of healing is using what happens to you to help other people.” - Gloria Steinem

Founder & Provider

Originally from Chicago,  I relocated to AZ several years ago with my husband, who is from the area, to raise our children and fur pup.

I am a licensed Occupational and Massage Therapist. My education includes earning an AA, BS, MOT, PPOTD, and BCTMB. I am an approved provider through NCBTMB and pending AOTA.

My passion for healthcare began early in life after family members experienced a lack of postpartum support. As a woman and mother,  I attest to the lack of specialized interventions. Having children with specialized needs, I empathize with families' unique needs for alternative solutions to activities of daily living.

For nearly 2 decades, I have worked with elite athletes, famous entertainers, accomplished providers, and families across the U.S. I have volunteered for numerous organizations, including PSI, HeForShe, RAINN, St. Judes, and PADS homeless shelter.

I provide education on neurodiversity, for parents of children with special needs, and for women's rehabilitation. Ultimately, my goal is to educate and advocate for inclusivity and empathy.
