Postpartum Rehabilitation

Postpartum rehabilitation provide  customizable care with role transitioning, self-care, sleep hygiene, routine management, environmental modifications, partner education, co-regulation, maternal mental health support, community resources, stress management, pelvic floor rehabilitation, leisure pursuits, and so much more! 

Breast Rehabilitation

Breast rehabilitation provides care for post-mastectomy  procedures, breast augmentation, and lactation complications. Various interventions are utilized depending on the case. Examples include the use of cryotherapy, thermotherapy, manual manipulation, scar tissue reduction, and lymphatic drainage. 

CEUs

The Medical Breast Rehabilitation Program is an accredited course taught to healthcare providers specializing in women's healthcare, such as nurses, lactation consultants, physical therapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, doulas, and midwives. 

Aquatic OT

Aquatic Occupational Therapy promotes functional training, strength building, endurance, activity tolerance, joint mobility, and leisure activity.

Education

Education on neurodiversity, breast rehabilitation, postpartum recovery, parental strategies for children with disabilities.
